Société Cartier, well known for their infamous timepieces and jewelries have recently set up an event at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza showcasing the Men’s Watchmaking Showcase. The event officiated on Friday, the 26th of May and without a doubt, an array of familiar faces were spotted at the event. The showcase which lasted till Sunday featured the 5 watch pillars that best represents the patrimony and technical expertise in contemporary men’s watches. And therefore, the exhibition segmented into five areas are strategically designed and planned in honor and respect of the five pillars.

On display during the showcase were the collection of their most famous icons – Santos de Cartier, Tank, Ballon Bleu de Cartier, Calibre de Cartier and the High Watchmaking creations. Not forgetting the star of the event, Cartier, Shape Your Time also celebrates the launch of the Calibre de Cartier Diver timepiece which is definitely the one to watch out for. All the timepieces that were being showcased during the event were stunning even though the the design and creation of it dates back probably yawns ago, but as Cartier keeps updating their looks and polishing it to make it the timepiece to have, even now in the 21 century, it just seemed timeless.Â
The exhibition space, even though it was small, I believe the setup is so cozy and interactive, I definitely enjoyed the showcase, especially when I get to attend it with my best friends. And in fact, I look forward to a lot more events and exhibitions which dedicates solely for men’s fashion. It is really about time men’s make their own fashion statement.
